The Dice Goblins are a lot more clever than most people know and have managed to infuse a select few dice with the ability to travel using portals, but only at certain times of the day. They captured pieces of an orange sunset, a bright blue morning sky, and the deep purple of twilight to create themselves a Twilight Portal so they can visit their friends and family.
