Shipping & Refunds


I do my best to send shipments out twice a week. These usually occur once early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) and once at the end of the week (Thursday or Friday). As I'm one person, I don't always make it to the post office twice, but I really try to.



Simply put, if you're not happy, I'm not happy. 

I do my absolute best to present every product on my site as they are in your hand and post them unedited and unfiltered.

If you receive a set of dice from me and you're not happy with it, or it arrived damaged, please let me know by using the contact form so that we can talk about how best to resolve things so you're happy.
